Mashad- Soroush Gallery-May 2008
50 artworks belonging to 20 students of Sairafi technical school in Mashad were shown in Soroush gallery for 4 days. These students were learnt Persian painting under Mahdavi's instruction during Last year.
The visitors and especially the families of students had welcome the exhibition.
Mrs. Azmude , the supervisor of workshop, and Mrs.Yaqubi , the master coopertar , had a great role for holding the exhibition. |

Maulana Finished
The project of Maulana that was ordered by Cultural heritage bureau of Khorassan Razavi province , is finished at May 2008 .The technique is Gauache and watercolour on paper .The visual elements such as the sun , moon and star, each one is a symbol for one of Maulana's teachers and ideal friends.
These men had inspired the intellectual life of Maulana extremely. Maulana knows Shams_e_Tabrizi , who waz his spiritual guide as a shining sun for his life and Salaheddin Zarkub , his important instractor , as a brilliant moon on his life sky and Hesamoddin Chalabi , as a guide star inside his dark sky.
Maulana is shown in this picture highly sad . That's because of his greatest preceptor, Shams, separation

Attar has begun
Attar_e_Neishabouri who is another great gnostic (13th century), is the next order from Cultural Heritage bureau to Mr. Mahdavi. The diameters is about 60 * 90 cm and the technique is Acrylics on paper . Mahdavi is trying to show a special relationship between Atter and Manteghottair ( one of his famous mystically books).
The famous story of Simorgh has been seleted by Mahdavi to show this relation.
It is supposed to be finished up to the and of July 2008.
